We primarily serve the Greater Toronto Area (Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Oakville). We also specialize in long-distance trips to Niagara Falls, Hamilton, London, Montreal, and Ottawa.

We offer hourly rates for travel within Toronto. For airport transfers and long-distance trips, we provide flat-rate pricing based on distance and vehicle type. Contact us for a precise quote.

For hourly "as-directed" service within the GTA, there is a strict 3-hour minimum. Point-to-point transfers do not have a time minimum but are priced per trip.

A reservation is only confirmed once a deposit has been received. Until then, availability is not guaranteed. We accept deposits via Credit Card or Interac e-Transfer.

We monitor all commercial flights. We offer a complimentary grace period (typically 45-60 mins for international arrivals) after landing. Wait time exceeding this period is billed at the hourly rate of the vehicle.

For hourly bookings, unlimited stops are allowed within the booked time. For point-to-point transfers, extra stops must be requested in advance and may incur a small additional fee.

No, standard chauffeur service does not include security. However, we offer licensed security professionals (Close Protection, Defensive Driving) as a specific add-on for VIP clients.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.

Trips starting or ending outside the GTA are priced based on total distance and time. Please request a custom quote via WhatsApp or email for exact pricing.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), Interac e-Transfer, and cash. Corporate accounts with monthly invoicing are available upon approval.
